Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod

Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod

The Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod is the world’s first ultra mod built for endurance, reliability, and power. Designed for sub-ohm vaping up to 100W, the Armour Ultra Mod features a massive 5500mAh built-in battery that performs like a dual 18650 setup, but in a body that’s 25% smaller and lighter than the earlier Armour S. As part of the Vaporesso Armour series, this mod is all about strength and staying power. The Armour Ultra Mod offers quad-rated protection: IP68, IP69K, MIL-STD-810H military certification, and full dust and shock resistance. Backed by Vaporesso’s advanced AXON chipset with Boost Mode, it’s the most complete DTL mod Vaporesso has ever made. Compatible with any 510 vape tank, the Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod is built to survive anything while delivering consistent power and performance.

5500mAh Built-In Battery

The Armour Ultra Mod has Vaporesso’s biggest integrated battery yet at 5500mAh. A single charge lasts up to three days depending on how you vape. Type-C fast charging at 9V/2A or 5V/3A gets you back to full power quickly without the hassle of swapping batteries. At 173g, the mod stays light enough for comfortable all-day carrying despite the large battery inside.

AXON Chipset with Boost Mode

The Armour Ultra Mod uses Vaporesso’s AXON chipset with Boost Mode included. Boost Mode gives 40% more stability than Eco Mode and 25% more than Pulse Mode – that translates to thicker vapour and better flavour. Pulse, Eco, and Temperature Control modes are available too if you want different vaping styles. The chip fires fast and keeps your wattage consistent from 5W right up to 100W.

IP69K Water Jet Protection

IP69K protection is a step up from IP68. The Armour Ultra Mod can handle high-pressure water jets at temperatures reaching 80°C. That’s the kind of protection you’d find on industrial equipment – way beyond what most vape mods can survive. Think pressure washers and extreme outdoor exposure.

Military-Grade Shockproof

Vaporesso tested the Armour Ultra Mod to MIL-STD-810H military standards, which means it passed drop tests from 1.2 metres on all angles – front, back, corners. The reinforced metal frame and internal shock absorption stop breaks and malfunctions when you drop it. This isn’t marketing talk, it’s actual military-grade testing that proves the mod can handle real physical wear.

Dustproof Protection

The Armour Ultra Mod keeps dust, sand, dirt, and other particles out completely. Whether you’re working in a dusty environment, hiking trails, or at the beach, nothing gets inside to mess with the electronics. The seals work properly and the mod stays clean internally even when conditions get rough.

Display & Interface

The 0.96″ TFT screen shows battery level, puff count, wattage, voltage, and your current mode. The display is clear and responds quickly when you adjust settings. Everything you need to check is visible at a glance without digging through menus.

Military-Level Construction

Every part of the Armour Ultra Mod has been reinforced. The buttons resist moisture and dust, the USB-C port has a waterproof cover, and there’s protective caging around the body. Despite all this protection, the mod stays compact and comfortable to hold. You get four textured finishes to choose from that look good and add grip.

510 Connection

The Armour Ultra Mod uses a standard 510 connection, so you can screw on any tank, RTA, or RDA you want. You’re not locked into one system. Pick whatever atomiser works for your build style and wattage preference.
